- 50 days of complete strength training workouts.

Our strength and conditioning work focuses on just that – strength and conditioning – first and foremost.
Strength and/or conditioning is included in each session to some degree. This is called concurrent or semi-concurrent training.
The program focuses on all aspects of training simultaneously and allows for full expression of all physical qualities at season’s end, and allows the coaches to evaluate the interplay of physical qualities trained and race performances.
Power, speed, mobility, stability, and movement efficiency are all addressed under the umbrella of this strength and conditioning program.
Create stronger, better-conditioned athletes throughout the year. We all know a stronger athlete will be victorious in head-to-head competition.
Race performance is always the main focus.
